Yellow-throated Chlorospingus / Chlorospingus flavigularis

It is a small mountain bird, common in the Andes. It is characterized by its black head with a small white spot on the crown, bright yellow throat, and grayish body. It tends to move actively among branches and bushes, often in mixed groups with other species.

Fun fact:

Although it was previously classified as a tanager (family Thraupidae), genetic studies have shown that it is actually more closely related to sparrows and emberizids than to the typical colorful tanagers.
